Kindly include the following information in your message:

  1. The day, date and exact time the baby was born.
  2. If the baby was born naturally or by c-section.
  3. Where the bris will be taking place (i.e. New York, Upper West Side, Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, etc.)
  4. Include one phone number (not your hospital number) where I can reach you directly. Please make sure your phone is turned on, your ringer is turned up and you have reception.

Please use the template below and save it as a draft to have ready to email me as soon as your baby is born.

If you do not have email capability in the hospital, please call (212) 595-0132 and leave a message with the day, date and exact time the baby was born and include one phone number (not your hospital number) where I can reach you directly. Please make sure your phone is turned on, your ringer is turned up and you have reception. Leave a message only if you are not able to send an email. Please do not do both.
